Cordes Quilts

 I finally spent some time in my sewing room yesterday. I didn't break any records producing work, but I slowly got a quilt top finished and started another. I've been using this corduroy I got at the thrift store years ago.
I'm pleased with the way both of these are going, but my next project must involve lots of color. I like these blues and grays. They are just matching the weather a little too much. I need to brighten things up a bit.

This is a little peek at the finished quilt top.

I've had the idea for this next one in my head all week. It's not precisely what I was picturing but it is pretty damn close.

    Wish I could work more on them now, but the real world is calling. Back to work I go.
